- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Wireless Sales Associates
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Drive personal and team sales performance every month
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Manage store operations, promotions, and inventory processes
- Maintain company and carrier compliance standards
✔ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in retail (wireless experience preferred)
- Strong track record of sales achievement and team leadership
