Production Worker – Night Shift
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
(Please arrive by 5:45 PM for the start‑of‑shift meeting.)
We are hiring reliable Production Workers for an overnight shift at a fast‑paced manufacturing facility. While this role will primarily focus on palletizing for most of the shift, you will also support other production tasks as needed. This is a hands‑on position requiring attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Overview
The Overnight Production Worker supports manufacturing operations by performing a variety of tasks on the production floor. This includes palletizing, general labor, and assisting with product movement to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate on a production line to assemble, fill, seal, label, and package products
Palletize finished goods for most of the shift
Add lids to containers and ensure proper sealing and labeling
Perform general labor tasks such as picking, packing, cleaning, and organizing work areas
Move and store materials as needed to support production flow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Adapt to changing priorities and assist team members as needed to meet production goals
Requirements
General warehouse or production experience preferred (related experience considered)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to be coached and learn new tasks
Flexibility to perform a range of duties as assigned
