Cross Dock Forklift Operator –Job Details
Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour + $1.00 shift differential = $23.00 an hour
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Must be able to train on 1st shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Cross Dock Forklift Operator Job Description
Operate forklift equipment to load, unload, and move freight across the dock
Transfer product between inbound and outbound trailers efficiently
Stage freight accurately for shipment and distribution
Perform cross-dock operations to minimize storage time
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Communicate with dock staff and supervisors to meet daily volume goals
Cross Dock Forklift Operator – Job Requirements
Prior sit down forklift experience required
Experience in a cross-dock or high-volume warehouse environment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
