- Previous experience as a machine operator in the food industry is a MUST.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in environments with flour, heat, and noise.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings or weekends if required.
