PeopleShare is hiring for an Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer! This is a direct hire role offering a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, full benefits, and the flexibility to work remote or from the VA office.

Job Duties:
- Generate new business through networking & referrals
- Build strong community and COI relationships
- Meet/exceed monthly sales goals
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-up
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to round out accounts
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years sales experience
- Active Virginia P&C License (required)
- Strong networking skills
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
