Crimper Assembly Operator – Now Hiring
Responsibilities:
- Operate hydraulic crimping machines
- Assemble parts according to written work instructions
- Follow all quality and safety requirements
- Inspect parts and report defects immediately
- Keep accurate counts and complete required paperwork
- Maintain clean, organized work area
- Perform basic machine checks and troubleshooting
- Work with team to meet production goals
- Wear required PPE at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable, safety‑minded, and detail‑oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Manufacturing/assembly experience a plus
