Shipping Associate – Norfolk, VA

Pay: $17/hr (increase to $18/hr upon permanent hire)
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Monday: 10am-11pm or finish
Tuesday: 12pm-11pm or finish
Wednesday: 12pm-11pm or finish
Thursday: 12pm-11pm or finish
Friday: 12pm-4pm or finish
Job Responsibilities
• Load and wrap pallets
• Process outgoing UPS orders
• Load trucks and vans
• Perform inventory tasks, order picking, and basic recordkeeping
• Use an RF scanner and follow warehouse procedures
Requirements
• Ability to lift/move up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work until the shift is finished
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to adapt to changing needs and technology
Must have steel‑toe boots and be able to pass a clean drug test!
