Production Assembly Associate – 8:30AM–5:00PM Shift
Location: Norfolk, VA
Pay: $15/hr
Experience: Minimum 2+ years relevant work experience
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Assembly Associate to support daily quality and production operations for a medical manufacturing facility in Norfolk. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, independent work, can perform repetitive tasks, and can stay focused for long periods with minimal physical movement.
Associates must be willing to assist with any tasks the production teams need, including work outside their primary function. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in a structured, isolated, and steady environment—not those seeking fast‑paced warehouse‑style work.
Candidates looking for long‑term stability and excellent benefits upon permanent hire will excel here.
