Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular quality assessments on completed and outgoing products.
- Reject products and materials that do not meet quality expectations.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
- Compare final products to specifications to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Recommend improvements to production processes to enhance quality control.
- Document inspection results and transfer reports into electronic systems.
- Communicate quality concerns to the production team to support continuous improvement.
- Resolve or escalate quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience or certification in quality control is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong math, technical, and documentation abilities.
- Understanding of quality control, inspection, and testing techniques.
