PeopleShare is seeking a motivated Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Virginia Beach. This entry‑level to associate‑level role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting sales efforts, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone and email with orders, product questions, quotes, and service needs
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns
- Upsell and recommend products based on customer needs
- Manage customer accounts and build long‑term relationships
- Generate quotes, reports, and support sales initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (manufacturing or retail a plus)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable using Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to work on‑site Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Interest in tactical gear or government purchasing is a bonus
