Assistant Electronics Repair Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Coatesville, PA
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Summary of Role:

Proman Staffing is hiring an Assistant Electronics Repair Technician for a leading electronics company in Coatesville, PA. This position is responsible for repairing, modifying, and replacing parts on electronic units, specifically cell phones. If you have experience with troubleshooting and rework on mobile devices, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze failed phones using established methods and procedures.
Resolve technical issues within set timelines using OEM standards.
Disassemble and reassemble cell phones into proper cosmetic housing.
Remove and replace LCD screens, motherboards, batteries, and other components.
Replace screws and perform component-level repairs.
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance.
Basic troubleshooting skills and prior rework experience on cell phones.
Ability to document repairs accurately using basic computer skills.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Safety-toe shoes required.
