We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Designer to create functional, visually appealing spaces and work directly with clients from concept through installation. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive base salary plus commission.
Job Details:
Full-time, in-person - Monday–Friday - 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $65,000–$95,000 annually (base plus commission)
Location: In-person role with client meetings in Collegeville, PA
What You’ll Do:
- Design commercial interior spaces from concept to completion
- Create construction documents, finish schedules, and CAD drawings
- Develop space plans, 2D and 3D designs
- Assist clients with finish, lighting, seating, and layout selections
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams
- Manage projects through installation to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet with clients in person and virtually
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (NCIDQ preferred)
- 10+ years of commercial interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D required)
- Strong knowledge of commercial finishes and cabinetry
- Experience producing full construction document sets
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Portfolio required at interview
