Job Details for the Collections Representative:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full time flexible 1st shift hours
- Pay Rate: $19-21/hr (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Collections Representative:
- Manage customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Reach out to customers to inform of past due balances, collect payments, and assist with payment plan setup
- Process refunds and credit card payments
- Manage updated account information and memberships renewals/ extensions/ cancellations
- Answer customer questions in regards to payment and account-related issues
- Research customer account information, payment history, and documentation as needed
Job Requirements for the Collections Representative:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have outstanding mathematical and analytical skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in collections and/or other finance or banking-related fields
