Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)
Location: Lawnside, NJ 08045
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: 3 month contract-to-hire
Pay Rate: $19/hour
We’re seeking a reliable, long-term Warehouse Associate to join a growing team! This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and ready to grow within a stable company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle, move, and stage furniture and related materials
- Assist in various warehouse functions as needed (team-player attitude required)
- Operate RF scanners for tracking inventory and shipments
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying deliveries and organizing outgoing orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Proven warehouse experience with a track record of reliability and longevity in past roles
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for up to 8 hours/day
- Comfortable lifting and moving 50–80 lbs regularly
- Experience in shipping/receiving and use of RF scanners
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a team
