PeopleShare is seeking an Account Manager for a manufacturing company in Northeast Philadelphia. This is a direct hire role. The ideal candidate has customer service experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
Account Manager Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $50,000
Location: on- site position in Northeast Philadelphia
Account Manager Job Description:
Communicate with clients through phone and email
Build strong relationships with customers
Maintain detailed understanding of all customers’ needs to effectively investigate, track, and resolve customer issues
Use ERP system
Account Manager Job Requirements:
Detail oriented and handles deadlines well
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
Computer proficiency; MS Office applications, databases, and spreadsheets
