Junior Field Service Technician | Frederick, MD | $19–$22/hr
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Field Service Technician to join a growing team. This position involves installing, diagnosing, and repairing various types of mechanical and pump systems. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in construction, automotive, electrical, HVAC, or similar technical fields.

Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on mechanical systems
- Read and interpret wiring schematics and control panels
- Provide excellent customer service during field visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service
- Complete installations and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior hands-on experience in construction, automotive, electrical, HVAC, or pumps
- Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently after initial onboarding
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
