📍 Position: Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift
 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm and 11:00pm-7:30am available
 💵 Pay Rate: $23.92/hour
 📌 Location: Hagerstown, MDÂ
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor grinders to ensure consistent production
- Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality
- Operate lift trucks and skid-splitters when required
- Band and prepare boxes of outgoing materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Comfortable operating forklifts/lift trucks
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- Reliable, safety-minded, and committed to quality
