Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate closings with accuracy and professionalism
- Prepare, review, and finalize settlement documents
- Communicate and coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
- Guide clients throughout the closing process
- Build and maintain strong connections within the real estate industry
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase business
- Maintain compliance with state and company requirements
Qualifications
- Experience as a Settlement Officer (required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of an audience
- Strong relationship-building and client service abilities
- Valid New Jersey Title Insurance License
- Active Notary commission
