This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact by supporting day-to-day HR operations and collaborating with local leadership to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage recruiting activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new hire orientation.
- Serve as the go-to resource for employee inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll accuracy.
- Maintain HRIS systems and generate reports for leadership.
- Support talent acquisition strategies, internships, and apprenticeship programs.
- Design and manage training programs and explore new development opportunities.
- Track HR metrics and contribute to process improvements.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $60,000 – $95,000 annually
- Benefits: 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off
- Work Location: In-person at the client’s Virginia Beach office
