Production Floater Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Production Floater Job Description:
• Operate and assist with various production machines including:
– Webbing cutting machine
– Automated sewing machines
– Radio frequency welder
– Kern laser cutter
– Waterproof taping machine
• Learn and rotate between different machines as needed
• Follow written and verbal instructions carefully
• Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and efficiently on your feet throughout the shift
Production Floater Job Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• No experience required—paid training provided
