Manufacturing Support Technician – 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights) | Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (day) | $18.72/hr (night, 7% shift differential) | Temp-to-Hire
We’re seeking motivated Manufacturing Support Technicians to join a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates who thrive in a team-oriented, safety-focused setting and want to grow in their career.
What You’ll Do:
Operate production equipment and monitor material levels
Execute daily production and housekeeping plans
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot process issues
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Work collaboratively with team members across shifts
Support training of new team members and cover for absences
Participate in safety programs and promote a “Safety First” culture
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
What We’re Looking For:
Prior production or machine operator experience preferred
Mechanically and mathematically inclined
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
Team player with initiative and strong communication skills
