Skills and capabilities
· Proven experience in statistical analysis and working with data sets, data analysis tools and relational databases
· Experience working in integrated CCM platforms, such as Uluro
· Knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
· A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to apply concepts to the larger business context
· Programming skills including, C++ or C#, SQL, Python, Acrobat, Analytics, Excel, Coding
· Mail list data processing & variable letter setup software experience in the following software packages is preferred; BCC or similar production software.
Experience and education
· Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics or related field or equivalent data analysis certification
· 3-5 years’ experience in a data analytics role
· 2-3 years’ supervisory experience
· Experience in print and mail industry a plus
