Patient Support Specialists – Multiple Shifts!
Location: Whippany, NJ
Pay: $19–$21/hr. (based on shift)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient support, copay assistance, and access-to-care needs.
Deliver exceptional, empathetic service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies—creating a positive and supportive experience every time.
Process claims efficiently based on daily volume.
Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams including Program Management and IT.
Guide patients through their entire program journey—from eligibility and reimbursement questions to general assistance.
Provide high-touch, concierge-level “white glove” service.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1+ year of healthcare, patient support, or case-management experience in a high-volume contact center (preferred).
Experience with pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards (a plus).
Experience with Five9, InContact, or similar call center software (a plus).
Third-party system experience (SelectRx, Pro-Care, FSV) a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication—clear, empathetic, and professional.
High emotional intelligence and genuine customer empathy.
Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
