Pay: $19–$20/hr. (based on shift)

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient support, copay assistance, and access-to-care needs.
Provide exceptional service to patients, physicians, and pharmacies with a focus on empathy and creating a positive consumer experience.
Process claims depending on daily volume.
Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams such as Program Management and IT.
Support patients throughout the entire program journey—eligibility, reimbursement questions, and general assistance.
Deliver high-touch “white glove” concierge-level service.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1+ year of healthcare, patient support, or case-management experience in a high-volume contact center (preferred).
Experience with pharmacy benefits, healthcare insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards (a plus).
Experience with Five9, InContact, or similar call center software (a plus).
Third-party system experience (SelectRx, Pro-Care, FSV) a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication—clear, empathetic, and professional.
High level of emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills.
