We’re looking for a skilled CAD Drafter to join the team in Frederick. You’ll support engineering and project teams by turning concepts into accurate, detailed technical drawings. It’s a great long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, well-established operation.
Details
- Create detailed technical drawings and elevations using AutoCAD
- Review project specs and collaborate with engineering, PMs, and field teams
- Prepare and update drawings as project details evolve
Responsibilities
- Modify existing drawings based on feedback from GCs, construction managers, architects, and engineers
- Maintain organized version control across multiple projects
- Conduct site visits when needed to gather field information

Requirements
- 3+ years of CAD drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices
- Ability to create precise schematics and technical drawings
- Experience supporting civil, architectural, or engineering drafting
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
