Job Title: Overnight Production Technician
Schedule: Training on day shift (5:45 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday–Thursday) for 1–2 weeks, then transition to night shift (5:45 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday)
Pay Rate: $16/hour with potential increase to $17+/hour after 90 days based on performance
Overtime: Regularly available, typically 8–10 hours per week for strong performers
Dress Code: Jeans, T-shirt, closed-toe shoes
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch and three 15-minute paid breaks
Job Overview
The Overnight Production Technician is responsible for supporting production operations by performing a variety of tasks on the manufacturing floor. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate on a production line to assemble, fill, seal, label, and package products
Add lids to containers and ensure proper sealing and labeling
Perform general labor tasks such as picking, packing, cleaning, and organizing work areas
Move and store materials as needed to support production flow
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Adapt to changing priorities and assist team members as needed to meet production goals
Requirements
General warehouse or production experience preferred (open to related experience)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to be coached and learn new tasks
Flexibility to perform a range of duties as assigned
