Order Selector – Suffolk, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM
Pay: $16/hour
Job Summary:
PeopleShare is hiring an Order Selector to join a busy warehouse team in Suffolk! You'll be responsible for accurately picking and staging orders, inspecting products, using RF scanners, and supporting warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and stage orders using pick tickets and RF scanners
Inspect products and maintain quality standards
Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse upkeep
Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
Work overtime as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable with basic math, using scanners, and learning new systems
Must speak, read, and understand English
Must be dependable with a “can-do” attitude
