Position: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour & Up (Depending on Experience)

Administrative & Receptionist Duties
As the first point of contact, you will manage all front-office operations and general clerical support:
Reception Services: Answer phones, handle customer inquiries, and direct visitors with professional phone etiquette and excellent service.
Office Management: Coordinate office inventory, maintain filing systems, organize office spaces, and schedule service calls for equipment.
Clerical Support: Provide general clerical assistance, including typing, mailing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
Calendar Management: Book meetings and conference rooms, and maintain the calendar of company events and assignments.
Documentation: Assist with the digitization of old accounting and payroll records to maintain proper documentation.
Assist field and shop staff by managing office supplies and forms.
