We are seeking a Press Operator (2nd Shift) to join its production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, be highly computer literate, and have previous experience in press operation or a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintain close attention to detail, and operate digital press equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring consistent quality output, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Job Details:
- Schedule: 4:00PM – 2:00AM Monday - Thursday
- Pay Rate: $23.00 hourly
Press Operator Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate printing machinery in accordance with production specifications
· Monitor quality throughout the process and make necessary adjustments
· Perform basic troubleshooting on press equipment
· Inspect finished product for defects and consistency
· Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment
· Accurately complete required production documentation
Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Prior experience in press machinery or a similar manufacturing role preferred
· Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
· Strong basic math and measurement skills
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Prior Computer Experience
· Flexibility to work occasional Fridays as needed
