Pay: $20/hour (increases to $21/hour after 4 weeks) + Uncapped Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing plan holders
Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, PDP, and ancillary products
Guide consumers through plan selection and the application process
Provide empathetic, high-quality customer experiences
Stay compliant with all CMS and state requirements
Requirements:
2+ years of successful health or life insurance sales experience (must be licensed)
Proven outbound dialing experience (especially outside OEP)
Experience working with multiple carriers and release statuses in hand
Strong verbal communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating sales platforms
Medicare Advantage experience preferred
