About the Role:
As an MSP Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our national footprint within the high-volume staffing industry. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new MSP business opportunities while managing and nurturing long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment and understands the dynamics of high-volume staffing, particularly in the light industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow a national network of strategic client relationships
- Lead in-person and virtual sales meetings with key staffing decision-makers to present tailored workforce solutions
- Deliver customized MSP solutions through engaging presentations using PeopleShare’s dynamic sales deck
- Execute full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and proposal development
- Ensure consistent tracking of sales interactions to support data-driven decision-making and client follow-through
- Create tailored outreach to capture new business and stand out
- Qualify prospective accounts through on-site or virtual needs assessments
- Foster long-term client relationships through consistent in-person engagement and service reviews
- Align with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and optimize service delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Must have staffing industry experience in a high-volume environment (light industrial experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of staffing operations and workforce challenges
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level and operational decision-makers
- Track record of driving results through consultative selling and strategic partnerships
- Ability to develop and manage a self-driven sales pipeline
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
