We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador to join our team and represent our brand at conventions, live events, and through online sales platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines connecting with fans and customers, promoting our products, and helping drive direct-to-consumer sales. This is a perfect role for someone who’s outgoing, energetic, and passionate about comics, pop culture, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct-to-Consumer Sales: Sell products at conventions, pop-up events, and livestreams.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, educate them about our offerings, and drive brand loyalty.
- Event & Convention Setup: Assist in setting up and tearing down booths and displays for events.
- Live Sales & Marketing: Represent the brand during livestream sales events and promotions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-versed in the company’s product line to confidently communicate with customers.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Track sales, manage stock, and process transactions at events.

- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals
- Team player who also thrives working independently in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for events and conventions
- Comfort with using POS systems and live streaming platforms
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, retail, events, or customer service is a plus
- Energetic, outgoing personality with confidence on camera
- Interest in comics, entertainment, or pop culture preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. for event setup
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel for conventions and events
