Job Details for Insurance Sales Representative:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:15 PM + one Saturday/month (10:00 AM–3:00 PM with a weekday off)
Salary: $24/hr + uncapped commissions
Work Setup: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 remote day of your choice

Insurance Sales Representative Job Description:
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to quote and sell personal insurance products (auto, home, etc.).
Deliver a consultative sales approach, helping clients make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer data, quotes, and sales activity in the system.
Develop strong product knowledge across all insurance offerings.
Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems to track and manage leads.
Participate in company-paid training and obtain NJ Property & Casualty license within first 4 weeks.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and help drive company sales goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements for Insurance Sales Representative:
College degree preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus.
NJ Property & Casualty license is a bonus—must be willing to obtain if not already licensed.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including one Saturday per month.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems
