Sales Account Executive
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Base Salary: $65,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission

In this role, you won’t just sell—you’ll strategically partner with local businesses to help them grow through exceptional talent solutions. What You’ll Do:
· Build and manage a portfolio of local client accounts and new prospects
· Drive revenue growth through in-person meetings, cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
· Develop strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers
· Partner with internal recruiters to ensure successful placements and ongoing client satisfaction
· Present PeopleShare’s full suite of staffing solutions with energy, confidence, and credibility
· Maintain accurate sales activity and client notes in our CRM
· Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue goals with urgency and focus
What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
· Fearless prospector with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold-calling and in-person visits
· Proven success in developing long-term client relationships
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders
· Highly organized with the ability to manage a full pipeline and shifting priorities
· Consultative sales approach and sharp business acumen
· High energy, high urgency, and high accountability
