Job Title: Office Support
Salary Range: $20 - $23 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate data input, maintaining Excel-based tracking systems, and supporting basic purchasing tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track data, generate reports, and assist with spreadsheet-based analysis
Assist with low-level purchasing, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors
Maintain and organize digital and physical files as needed
Support other administrative functions, such as scheduling, filing, and preparing documents
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to follow up on orders or data discrepancies
Assist with inventory management and supply reorders
Requirements:
Previous electronics background
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting)
Prior experience in a data entry, administrative, or office support role preferred
Familiarity with purchasing or procurement tasks is a plus
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
