Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (Depending on Experience) Commission: 15% Uncapped on All Sales
OTE: $140,000–$175,000+

The company connects freight forwarders and airlines digitally—improving access to capacity, offering flexible financing, and eliminating friction from traditionally manual workflows. Key Responsibilities
- · Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, closing, and onboarding
- · Leverage your existing book of business in the air cargo space to generate pipeline
- · Build and expand relationships with GSAs, forwarders, and airline contacts
- · Conduct bilingual (Spanish/English) platform demos and client presentations
- · Strategize and execute to meet and exceed quotas and KPIs
- · Accurately document all activity and pipeline movement in a CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Required Qualifications
- · 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of results
- · Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
- · Experience in the air cargo or freight forwarding industry
- · Established network/book of business with forwarders, GSAs, or airlines
- · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- · Willingness to travel 10–20% for meetings and events
Preferred Qualifications
- · 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, fintech, or SaaS
- · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- · Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits
- · Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (dependent on experience)
- · Commission: 15% uncapped on all sales
- · Total On-Target Earnings: $140,000–$175,000+
