- Pay Rate: $19.00 -$22.00
Recruiter Job Description:
Source candidates for multiple industries and maintain an active pool of skilled candidates
Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preparation sessions, and orientations
Complete all pre-employment due diligence, including employment applications, background and drug testing, I-9s, W-4s, and other required documents
Create and update payroll records, pay rates, job assignment details, and electronic time entry credentials
Accurately document and maintain all candidate and client information in the company database in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with managers and team members by providing daily updates on job searches
Ensure all company practices align with standard operating procedures
Attend daily team staff meetings
Recruiter Job Requirements:
Recruiting experience is a plus
3+ years in a service-oriented role
3+ years working in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
