Bookkeeper Job Details:

Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday (Flexible Schedule available)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
Location: Allentown, PA 18106

Bookkeeper Job Description:

Maintain client cash accounts.
Contact client on cash concerns.
Assist with year end 1099s and miscellaneous financial preparation.

Bookkeeper Job Requirements:

Accounting Experience (1+ year)
Proficient in the use of QuickBooks and various accounting software systems and Excel
Enters and pays invoices accurately; aware of due date and correctness of invoice
Aware of general ledger accounts and proper posting
Posts and processes payroll correctly and understands payroll principles
