Office Manager Job Description:
Coordinate administrative operations and workflow in support of the Director.
Plan, schedule, and prepare agendas, memos, minutes, and other departmental documentation.
Manage internal and external communication, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
Interact with the public, vendors, and other departments to provide information and assistance.
Serve as a point of contact for complaints, ensuring issues are addressed or escalated appropriately.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department.
Office Manager Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Proven 2-3 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably in a government or public services setting.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
