Job Title: Stock Planning Coordinator
Pay: $22-$26/hr ($45,760 - $54,080)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 4:00PM
Job Description:
- Use ERP system to assess production requirements and create Manufacturing Orders based on customer demand.
- Coordinate with production teams to address limitations and adjust planning, ensuring clear communication of changes.
- Monitor raw material inventory, ensure accuracy in BOMs, and oversee accurate reporting of Manufacturing Orders.
- Collaborate with other departments, support process improvements, and provide ERP training to planning personnel.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with proficiency in MRP, MRPII, or ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX preferred).
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Teams, with a focus on maintaining attendance and punctuality standards.
