Contract Recruiter Job Description:
Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and internal databases
Conduct phone screens, behavioral interviews, and basic technical assessments
Identify, qualify, and submit candidates to hiring managers based on job requirements
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely follow-up throughout the process
Maintain accurate candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Manage multiple open requisitions, stay organized, and prioritize workload effectively
Contract Recruiter Job Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
2+ years in a professional office environment
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, or similar tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a high-pressure environment
