We are currently seeking a dedicated Night Supervisor to join one of our top client’s warehouse teams and help lead nightly operations with a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the night shift warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Maintain all shipping documentation, including manifests and receipts, and compile data into reports as needed
Oversee shipping and receiving functions to verify accuracy with packing lists and procedures
Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions to increase efficiency
Communicate daily with the warehouse manager and day supervisor to ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent progress
Administer corrective actions and enforce company policies while fostering a positive work environment
Oversee forklift operations and enforce proper material handling procedures and safety standards
Ensure proper product storage, space utilization, and damage prevention throughout the warehouse
Assist in hiring and training new warehouse staff
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the warehouse and equipment
Qualifications
Prior experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role 3+ years
Bilingual (Spanish and English) a PLUS
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with enforcing safety policies and operating warehouse equipment
Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
