Position: Operations Coordinator
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule:
Three 13-hour shifts per week - Nights and weekends required (rotating schedule after training) - Training Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM (Monday–Friday) Flexible availability a must
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate incoming assistance requests with accuracy and urgency.
Work with multilingual, emergency-certified professionals in a 24/7 operations center.
Respond to travel and medical-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Log and manage case details using Case Management Software (CMS).
Act as the first point of contact for clients—both emergency and non-emergency.
Maintain operational readiness and assist with administrative tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams.
What You Bring to the Team:
2–3 years in customer service or a similar field—or equivalent education/experience.
Arabic language skills heavily preferred; bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
Clear, confident communication and active listening abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, especially under pressure.
Cultural awareness and a global mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
A calm, focused approach in high-stress situations.
Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and occasional overtime as needed.
