PeopleShare is hiring for a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in the Cranbury, NJ area.
Job Details:
Shift: 3rd Shift 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating – 3 Days On, 2 Days Off and then 2 Days On, 3 Days Off!
Hours: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next (alternating weekends + OT as needed)
Pay: $33 - $35/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain & repair plant machinery and equipment, including mixers, slitters, coating equipment, compressed air systems, and pumps.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (non-coolant applications).
Handle electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation of electronic controls/equipment.
Execute electrical shutdown/startup of low to medium voltage equipment.
Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and adjustments on all production and facility equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Education in HVAC, Electronics, Or industrial mechanics a plus!
- 5+ years in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Mechanical troubleshooting
- Technical skills- Ability to Read and Utilize illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operations guides for equipment installation, repaid and maintenance
