Job Description for Surveyor Team Lead :
- Lead field crews on boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors
Ensure accuracy and proper documentation of all field data
Collaborate closely with project managers and office staff
Train and mentor junior field team members
Job Requirements for Surveyor Team Lead:
Prior experience as a Party Chief or strong technical background ready for leadership
Proficiency with modern survey equipment and software
Problem-solving mindset and ability to lead in the field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
