Now Hiring: Office Assistant / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Part time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper to support one of our Norfolk clients with basic financial record keeping and accounts payable processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and handle accounts payable
Review and analyze financial records for compliance
Perform general clerical and bookkeeping tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience with invoice processing and accounts payable
Understands basic bookkeeping or clerical accounting principles
Is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Schedule:
Flexible hours: 10–15 hours per week
Start time flexible (as early as 10:00 AM)
Doesn’t require daily attendance
