Accounting Manager job description:
- Oversee the Accounting Department staff including AP, AR and Staff Accountants
- Oversee and review the creation of monthly standard and non-standard adjusting journal entries necessary to properly close the company’s books.
- Reconcile the general ledger accounts
- Review monthly/quarterly/annual sales/use tax and miscellaneous returns as required
- Create standard (monthly) and custom (as needed) monthly financial statement reports for distribution to Management
Accounting Manager job requirements:
- 3 - 5 Years Managing an Accounting Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA (Preferred)
