Pay Rate: $16.00/HR
Schedule: Monday - 8:00am-5:30pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm, Wednesday 8am-1:30pm

Loan Specialist Job Description:
Help customers by answering questions and finding the right solutions for their needs
Build relationships with both customers and teammates
Keep customer information private and secure
Interview customers and assist with applications
Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash responsibilities
Share special offers and promotions with customers
Follow up on assigned customer accounts and assist with collections
Keep accurate records of your daily tasks
Loan Specialist Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus retail or customer service experience
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet regulatory licensing requirements
A professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
