Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for executives and department leaders regarding HR matters.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Manage recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates and negotiating offers in collaboration with Compensation & Benefits.
Support onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Maintain and update HRIS systems (SAP-HR, ADP) to ensure data accuracy.
Prepare and analyze HR reports, including hiring success, employee experience, attrition, and exit interview trends.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Assist in budgeting and merit processing.
Support expatriate employees as needed.
Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline HR processes.
Participate in company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
Strong background in partnering with senior leadership on HR strategies.
Experience managing HR projects, deadlines, and reporting.
Must have experience working with C-Suite executives and using business acumen to drive HR solutions.
Experience in an international organization, a publicly traded company, or a large domestic company is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with HRIS systems (SAP-HR, ADP) is a plus.
