Collections Sales CSR Job Details:
- Schedule: Full-time hours Mon-Fri, between 8AM-5:30PM
- Pay Rate: $18-20/hr, paid weekly!
Collections Sales CSR Job Description:
- Engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls to discuss payment solutions, offer financial services, and drive sales.
- Promote and sell additional financial products to existing customers to help them reach their financial goals.
- Negotiate payment plans while providing exceptional customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
- Process loan applications and guide customers through the financial service offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales and collections goals while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Attend daily huddles to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts.
- Perform data entry and update customer information accurately.
Collections Sales CSR Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Great customer services skills.
- Ability to quickly navigate around computer and online programs.
- Previous collections and sales experience required.
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background and drug screening.
