PeopleShare is conducting a direct hire search for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the President of a global company in Norfolk, VA. This is a fully on-site role—candidates outside Hampton Roads are welcome to apply, but remote work is not an option.
Requirements:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, preferably within a global company
- High energy, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, graphs)
- PowerPoint expert – ability to create polished, professional presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Longevity in previous roles – stability and commitment are key
- Ability to anticipate needs and act as a personal assistant when necessary
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
